Description: sr-(Methionyl sh-Polypeptide-11 Oligopeptide-200 sh-Oligopeptide-1) is a single chain recombinant peptide produced by fermentation in E. coli. The starting gene is synthesized by the fusion of the genes from sh-Polypeptide-11, {Oligopeptide-200} and sh-Oligopeptide-1 with the initiation codon for methionine. The fusion peptide contains 218 amino acids which may contain disulfide bonds and/or glycolyslation, and consists of the proper sequence of the 20 standard amino acids.
